The process for a Permanent Placement
To begin a nanny job search we need a full description of your
family's needs. This can start by calling us at (707) 251-8035.
Most families prefer to interview the nannies in their home and we
will setup interviews at mutually convenient times, which includes
evenings and weekends. At the time of interview each nanny will
have her references thoroughly checked.
Our costs, fees and replacement
policy
Included in our fee is a three-month replacement period, CPR for
the nanny, driving report and criminal background report. The
replacement period assures you that should your nanny be fired or
leaves the job for any reason we will replace her/him without an
additional placement fee. Where possible we like the nanny to work
for a "trial week" before officially hiring the potential nanny
candidate. This helps make you feel sure that you made the right
choice. TrustLine registration for your nanny is an additional
$130 and is required by state law. Please call for Placement Fees.
